I am a former resident. The staff was cold and unfriendly, the apts seemed overrun with unresponsible parents and covicts...'' When we moved in - you could tell the cleaning job was lax. Walls were still dirty, an old tub of yogurt was pushes to the farthest part of my cubbard!!! My neighbor informed me that she had a peeping tom the night before, the staff never bothered to warn people! My sliding glass door had evidence of a possible breakin before we moved in, it was obvious it had been pryed with a crow bar or something at one point. The staff is not helpful if you need to be a week or two late on rent, in fact they are rude, what are late fees for then' The only good things about this place was the rent and the layout of the apts! I wouldn't reccomend it unless it's all you can afford and if that is the case you better make sure you never need to be late on rent b/c they prefer you don't "borrow money from them" those are their words!!!!

TRUE THEY ARE A RUDE BUNCH IN THE OFFICE. THE PEEPING TOM IS MANAGMENT!

OMG!!! Everytime i've gone in there Floyd is gone and the other lady whatever her name is always has no answers for any questions all she knows to say is "oh... everything goes through Floyd..." My question is then WTF is your F...ing job?!!!
