I live in the complex next door, Autumn Park. It is built and owned by the same person, Gaither Construction. And my might I say the management here sucks, things fall apart here and getting them fixed is like pulling teeth. Sally is or seems very nice when your moving in, but give it a month or two, Sally will be calling for personal favores, like her daughters rent. My car was broken into and no notices were given out, not even in the newsletter, which i have'nt seen in about a year. she is lazy but very nosey.......... DO NOT MOVE TO AUTUM PARK>> it would be a BIG mistake trust me.....

This isn't Autumn Park! Get your apartment complexes correct before writing a review.

Autumn Park is not large enough to warrant it's own category. It is owned by the same man, as well as having the exact same employees, floorplan, etc. Autumn Park tenants are an extension of Wy' East. I apologize if it mande you angry that I used Wy' East to post my opinion and frustration, but it is basically the same complex.

Autumn Park is not an extension of Wy' East and they do not have the same employees. But Sally is a great manager and does all she can to help her residents out with anything they might need. What's with the comment about her daughters rent?? What has that got to do with anything? Some day when you have a bad manager you'll realize how good it is at Autumn park.

How can you compare two separate complexes to eachother. Yes they are next to eachother but does that really make them the same? And seriously what does Sallys daughter have to do with anything you are talking about? I am a resident at the Wyeast apartments and I find the mangaement to be very respectful and they do what they can to help people out with their residents. Why do people insist on coming on and talking about how crappy their management is but yet they continue to live there?

I'm sorry Anonymous, but I agree with the others. I live at Wy'East, and it is NOT Autum Park. By the way... our apartment manager's name is Shirley, not Sally, and no, that is not the same.

well I have met both the ladies and I think they are both doing their jobs as managers! Sally does alot for her complex and I have even seen her doing the yard work! Or what ever needs done. I think this is a real sad site, if you have to go in and say bad things about people. Nothing is perfect on this earth, and it seems we do have a lot of complainers out there!!! Happy to be on an IDM property!!!!!

I AM SO SORRY, i was remiss in my details. Sally was the manager of Autumn Park, as well as working full time as a leasing agent at Wy'east and Sterling apartment complexes.(SAME OWNWER AND DEVELOPER) All my other comments were of a personal nature...like how strange things happened in my home after I contacted the owner about the goings on. ( My paintings being removed from the wall, hung upside down,and put back on the wall!!!!!! food from my freezer missing, photos missing, and my pets in terror ALL THE TIME! Then there was the manager, asking me for any reciepts for cleaning supplies, because if I gave her the reciept, she would be given cash from the petty cash acct. There is so much more, but from what I hear, she and her daughter (who did not pay rent, althought YOU as tenant must) have moved far, far away. I do not blame the owner, Ott, he was snowed. He had no clue what was really going on. Maybe now this company can achieve the kudos they deserve! They have great buildings and deserve the props for the communities they have created!
