The management here has been great and the apartments themselves are very nice with the built in shelves and high ceilings make it feel much bigger. I happen to live close to the one dumpster so the long walk that others take isn't a problem for me. Although the whole complex is overall good and has good staff there is one problem that would keep me from suggesting someone else move here. Every other day for the first 2 months that I lived here I got 5 hours or less of sleep because my neighbors were stomping on my ceiling or so it sounded. No proof means no one can help me, office staff, authorities, etc. no one. I have always been a dead sleeper and this was new for me but I take it along the lines of moving next to a freeway. Once you get used to it then it just becomes part of life. Just takes a while to get used to.

They don't have any parking for guests, and you can't park on the road. So think twice if you rent, it's a tow happy place with your own sticker and that means you would have to move your car so a friend can park. There is a safeway a block or so up and some school, but that is there parking. Also there really are no trees, it looks too clean.

to clean???? wow...must be a person who likes to park in handicap parking would be my guess
