My boyfriend and I lived at Wy'east Pointe for approximately 8 months until both of our cars were vandalized. His Acura had a sensitive alarm on it and was told by management to turn it down due to disturbances. However, there was no volume control for the alarm and had to disable it (big mistake!) No later than a week his car was stolen. The office had surveillance footage of the car leaving the property and we tried numerous of times to review it with management but they never had time to meet with us or return phone calls, which I found highly unprofessional and plain inconsiderate of our loss. The office was prompt to tow our friend s car for being parked in the wrong area yet they couldn t make enough time to help us out. A few days later my Mercedes had the window bashed out and my GPS stolen out of it, no kidding here. After this whole ordeal, we decided that it was no longer safe to live there and as a result, broke our lease. I am a very particular, neat person who keeps a very clean place. Since we broke our lease, they decided to charge us for the stove being dirty and trash left in the apartment, which was completely false. The outrageous charges for these two things came to a couple hundred dollars. I thought it was a joke to be honest. This management team delivered everything but exceptional service! I would not recommend living here or under this bogus management.

The car alarm went off at all hours for nothing.I was a neighbor to these people and am glad to see them go.I know for a fact management had no surveilance footage of said car.survaliance then was only on the clubhouse.it would be way to costly to have camera's throughout any property.Dont take the advice of one bad apple.ask around!!!
