we've been here about 1.5yrs and haven't been too impressed with the overall experience. The rent is $745 w/ carport which is not unreasonable for a relatively new and well kept 1 bdr 740sq ft apt. the maint. man is real nice, the staff is clueless, they are too busy typing up weekly letters to stick on everyone's door full of utter nonsense. We were considering signing another 6mo lease until i came home today and saw that ALL the trees infront of windows providing privacy and shade were chopped down w/ out any notice. The parking is a big joke they painted all the spots w/ tenant only guest parking at the front by the office.
