water and mold problems. livingroom and kitchens are tiny!!the landlords are rude and the office is only open when they feel like it. they don't come when you have a problem, and if they don't like you they will just find a way to evict you, they don't give a crap! by the way i didn't get evicted, but they do harass people they don't like. you don't want to live there it is a glorified ghetto. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

the landlords are horrible people. i was "evicted" two times. they put rules on me and my roommate that were unjust and i dont think were legal, like no visitors period and they enter your apartment with out your consent. all the carpets are all horribly stained and if you leave a mark on the wall they will charge you for painting the entire apartment. people get robbed and they blame the tenet saying "we didn't have these problems before you moved in". don't live there

The landlord will put a quit or vacate notice on your door everytime you have a visitor if they don't like you. that's how they make thier money. they kick you out, keep your deposit, make you pay off the lease, then rent it again. They are totally nuts!! I know this has to be illegal but nobody can stop them. If the owner is reading this I just want to say thatthe people you hired harass and belittle the tenants and some day someone will fight back!! You have to be crazy to think this can go on forever. I know about 5 other people that have gone through this. I didn't rent a jail cell I rented an apartment and I deserve to be treated with some respect. I am glad to be out of there for good and I will tell everyone I know to never ever rent there untill everyone in town knows how the tenants are treaated there!! I lived in fear the whole time I was there, if you breath wrong you have the landlords messing with you, they think it's a game. I have never lived in a place like that and I am glad I am in a normal aprtment where the rules are simple... keep it clean, be quiet and pay your rent and it's all good. How would you feel if people were playing games with the place you live? I agree with everyhing on this review and I hope things change. I am sure you can line your pockets without playing these stupid games with people.
