It's interesting to me how you can rate properties now.
I lived at Blue Mountain view for 3 years, and I received the unit very clean and everything working good.
When I moved out I spend lots of time cleaning and left the unit in the same conditions that I got the unit and got all my deposit back.
Never had a mold or plumbing problem.
All my maintenance problems were fix right away.
Management was pretty good to me.
