I have lived at these apartments for 1 1/2 years now and don't really have any major complaints. The apartments are large and open with a HUGE window in the living room that gives alot of natural light. My sister and I rent a two bedroom that had been remodeled (new carpet, flooring in kitchen and new appliances). We looked at some that hadn't been redone and they had some pretty old appliances and carpet, so you might want to stay way from those, although they are a little cheaper. Our unit has a wood stove in the living room, which is nice in the winter. The grounds are nice, there is a clean and well kept pool, a little waterfall and pond, good grass, etc. Parking, however, can be a problem if your neighbors have more than 2 cars (one of ours has 5). There hasn't been much noise, but it does get a little loud sometimes. It all depends on your neighbors. AC can be an issue in the summer, since there is only one wall unit on the east end of the apartment in the living room. That leaves our bedrooms pretty warm, especially mine which gets all the sun in the afternoon. Overall, living here has been great!
