I rented here because it was the nicest of all apartments I looked at...I was wrong. The plumbing is horrible and they don't fix anything when you have problems. The staff doesn't help at all and they don't care. There have also been alot of car and apartment break ins. This apartment complex is supposed to be part of a police watch program - where are they'' Break ins have been occuring and I thought this was a safe part of town in nice apartments. They look good, but appearances are decieving. The staff alone make this a horrible place to live, let alone the plumbing never working and the crime happening more and more frequently. These are by far the most expensive apartments in town and they are not worth it. If you only want surface level appeal these are for you - if you want a safe and comfortable enviornment with reasonable prices and where the staff helps, go find another place to live at.

I am rsponding to the title " Don't Live Here". If you have issues with your plumbing please come and talk to us, we are unaware of any plumbing problems. For the apartment break in's? Wow, we belong to Walla Walla Police Department Crime Free rental program and I talked to our rep through the police department and he told me there has not been any break in's. If you are really unhappy here come talk to us, we can work with you on getting out of your lease at no penalty to you. The Manager

Like we still live there! We moved out earlier this year BECAUSE of all the reasons mentioned above - we wanted to warn everyone about this place before they made the mistake we did. We still have friends there who unfortunately are just waiting for their leases to be up to get out of there and they have personally witnessed these problems as well as what we went through. We have even met people in town that have recently moved from this complex because of the same problems. We DID tell you about the plumbing issues and you didn't do anything. Crime free rental program? That's a joke.
