I have never lived at Lions Gate , but I don't think that the break ins is because of the managers, that is police problem, the break ins are every where, just read the paper and be informed.
Most people want the managers to be their babysitters, put the blame on somebody else, its that the american way'
i don't know if the managers are doing a good job or not but most people are cry babies that want to blame the rest of the world for problems that they have.

You obviously haven't lived there if you say good things about the manager - he is the WORST part of the entire place. If you have a problem, he not only turns his phone off so he can't be contacted, but he also doesn't answer his door (he lives on site). Beyond that - females beware because he'll hit on you or ask you out. My best friend lived there and had horrible problems with him because she refused to go on a date with him. Talk about an abuse of power. And that's just the beginning of the problems with management there. Don't speak of things you obviously know NOTHING of.
