Is the Lions Gate apartments the cheapest in town' No they are not, but the nice thing is, is that there are Washer and Dryer's in every unit ( so not wasting time and money and a laundry mat!) I figure it saves me around $25 or $35 a month in fees. now i'm at 764.00 a month. They have a fitness center open 24/7, free of charge for residents. Now that saves me around $40.00 for a gym Membership. So now I am at $724.00 a month.
In reading some of the other reviews they seem quite humerous. I have never ever had any issues with the staff here. Whenever I have a maintenace issue it is fixed in a timely fassion. We need to realize that there is only 1 person that runs the whole property. So I think this aparment community is a real value!
