These buildings (there are two separate ones now) have been renamed Galbraith Gardens and Linden Place. The former is being remodeled now (2009), the later probably will be but the management isn't telling anyone. The prices are good, but since the Housing Authority took over ownership in 2006, things have gone downhill. The management does not address problems, such as smoking (it's a no-smoking building), and are very rude, treating everyone like criminals, no kidding. (They are pretty good about repairs, but just basic stuff.) Be warned that some units have untreated mold, very, very old carpeting, and they do NOT clean between renters but they'll sure take your deposit and not give any back when you've moved out and cleaned. Frequent police visits because of a few of the renters; most of the renters are fairly nice, but the bad ones are bad. (Ever heard of background checks'') Neighbors in the area have been very saddened by the unkept property. The new units may look great, but that won't change the management.
