Management is horrible. My wife and I spent 10-12 hours cleaning when we moved out, and they sent us a bill for cleaning that took our entire deposit. What BS. They are a horrible management company, not timely with any repairs, and unfriendly office staff. Do not live there, I promise you will regret it.
