Sadly we still live there. The management has no customer service skills whatsoever. And they pull rules out their asses that don't exist in the lease. I've been patient and tried to be mellow but no more. Filing an official complaint with Metro Multi-Family Housing Assoc., Vancouver Housing Authority, BBB and Washington & Oregon State Attorney Generals offices.
These toads go out of their way to treat residents like dirt. They don't seem to understand that the economy is in the toilet and it's a renter's market. That's ok because I have every intention of rendering a small economics lesson/cosmic ----- slap. Enjoy you TURDS!!!!!
