Do NOT make the same mistake I did Management is horrible. My wife and I spent 10-12 hours cleaning when we moved out, and they sent us a bill for cleaning that took our entire deposit. What BS. They are a horrible management company, not timely with any repairs, and unfriendly office

Great place to live I honestly think that this is a great place to live. The only thing that was bad for me is that I do a lot of stuff in portland, or. so for me it kind of far. But other than that it was great.. yeah we had to do a couple noise complaints throughout the year of living here..

Horrible! If you are going to be considering lookout ridge as your new home I suggest dont get any apartment that is ground level with nieghbors above you. I have only lived here for 7 months and have had two tenants now live above me and been awfully noisy and worse of all they owned massively
