I lived here quite a while ago, back in fall ?98- spring ?99, but the thing that stuck out in my head the most was the abysmal parking. I *usually* didn?t have any trouble with my reserved slot, but if I wanted a friend to come by to visit, I had to warn them to bring their hiking boots, since they were going to end up having to park quite a ways off.

Also, I was in a ground floor unit, and there were some substantial water leaks from outside when it rained. Likewise, since I was on the ground level, in the mornings, children were often playing fairly close to my window, which is annoying when you want (need) to sleep in.

Otherwise, it was a nice, basic apartment. The location was good, and Woodinville is a really nice town in live in. Small and quiet, yet with all of the expected services and close enough to the big city that you can be there without much effort.

Bottom line: Would I live here again' Would I recommend this place to others'

Honestly, having seen other places, I would probably have to wave-off of this place, primarily because of the parking. It may seem like a kind of shallow reason, and maybe it is, but it was enough of a consistent hassle to myself and my friends, that it left an impact. Every time since then, that I?ve looked for a place to live, parking has always been a serious consideration.
