I live at Edgewood and moved in recently. I was looking for a good price as I am saving for a house. Edgewood had the best pricing and I still got a hot tub and a pool to use. Most in the range I was looking did not have anything.
I had a problem with my hot water tank not heating properly. I think the maintenance staff is incredible. I called in the problem and it was fixed the same day. The last place I lived it took them 3 weeks to fix a leaking sink.
