I really like living in Woodinville and these apartments are in a great location there, but the Edgewood Apt. community isn't exactly the safest and the other residents aren't exactly the most respectful. It just wasn't a very friendly place. I would find kids sitting on the hood of my car, people would be in the pool until 12 or 1 in the morning, and there was always at least one apartment or car in the parking lot blarring loud music. Kids are out wandering the parking lots at all hours of the night. The parking lot should be extended somehow since there is never anywhere to park. This place needs a lot of work...like soon.
The maintenance guys always fixed everything promptly and the leasing consultant was very professional and nice. Other than that, I would not recommend this place. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
