I've been at Edgewood for 6 months, and haven't found it a bad place to live. The few maintenance issues I had were fixed right away, and when I moved in the apartment was clean and in good shape. Yes, there are kids everywhere, and yes, there is noise, but I think that is going to be found wherever families live. It comes with the territory, and so far, it hasn't bothered me at all. I am the only one in the apartment, so parking isn't a problem for me. There has never been someone else parked in my spot. When friends come to visit, they might have to park out on the street and walk to my apartment, but they don't have to park blocks away like they probably would in any other city. I don't see problems with the parking at all, other than lazy people who refuse to park more than five feet from their apartment and crowd the lots, attempting to park two or three cars in one space. Management has always been pleasant for me, along with the maintenance staff. I can't speak for families living here, however, as the lawns are not kept up the best and I have never ventured to the playground. I have used the swimming pool, and although its small, it is a nice enough pool.
