Waterford Place was a great apartment community when I first moved in. It was on a dead end of a road. Since then, the main access road became a 4 lane bypass of the city, traffic noise grew to unbearable. Even though I relocated to another apartment further from the main road, noise from the nearby industrial complex and railroad accross the river drove me out. Also, since Archstone became the owner, the place is going downhill fast. Maintenance became very poor, getting a simple plumbing leak fixed was impossible. I am out of there and glad!
