Overall Good Value

We have loved living here. The location could not be any better - an easy walk to a movie theater, any type of food or service provider you could possibly need. City staff is incredible. The Chamber of Commerce is active. City community center is less than 2 blocks away and city hall is nearly across the street (with a concert series in the summer). Archstone staff is fairly responsive (ie only tell them it's low priority if you mean it), but always very friendly and understanding. The exercise room is kept in good repair, as is the seasonal outdoor pool. There are rumors the parking is snug in the main complex, but there are 2 annex areas with ample parking. Most of complex has views of Burke Gilman Trail. One annex is next to the city's ball fields & city hall. The other is nestled between Woodin Creek & Wilmont Gateway Park with a linear park running behind. The main complex is between Woodin Creek Park & an organic farm (Fred Zante Farm). There is a small amount of noise from industrial parks across the slough & the road/city bypass running in front of the property. No freeway noise at all. And the delightful noise of the Dinner Train every night at 9pm. I believe all apartments have fireplaces (be warned they will only burn those duraflame logs), and full size washers/dryers. But the best part of all...they will let you paint your apartment any color as long as you paint it back white prior to leaving - heck they even give you the white paint. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
