I've been living at Waterford place for about 18 months and have always been very pleased with the staff and surroundings. Any repairs I've needed were always attended to quickly and if they weren't done to my satisfaction they were worked on until they became so.

I find it interesting that so many people leave such negative feedback on these reviews. Maybe the way they are looked after has a lot to do with the approach they have with the staff ... or maybe it's that people more often take the time to say something when they have nothing good to say'

Personally I wouldn't hesitate to recommend renting here :)
