I've only lived at the Archstone Waterford Place for 4 months, but I've had a great experience here.
I've had several maintinence issues, and they've been very quick to resolve them. The last one I submitted a maintinence request on a Sunday, and the maintinence guy had it taken care of within hours. On a Sunday, that's pretty impressive.
The amenities are nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, even calling me by name and remembering my apartment number when I go in the office.
The pool is great in the summer, and Woodinville is a great area to live in.
I've heard rumors that Archstone apartments can be really bad about raising rents when your lease comes up, so I'm a little worried about that.
I would recommend this plac.
