Depends how you look at it - I've been at Edgewood for 6 months, and haven't found it a bad place to live. The few maintenance issues I had were fixed right away, and when I moved in the apartment was clean and in good shape. Yes, there are kids everywhere, and yes, there is noise, but I think that is going to be found wherever families live.
