Not a very safe place to raise a family

These apartments are not family friendly and the "community" is not a very safe place for children to be raised. My apartment and my neighbors were broken in to by a resident and his friends. Many cars have been broken into and 1 has even been stolen. There is gang graffiti in the stairwells fights are a daily occurrence. Things are not maintained like they should be. My rent is not cheap (at least for me) and I am looking for somewhere else to live. I just don't feel safe here.
