Not too bad of a place to rent. Be careful of maintenance people stealing your radio out of your car, or the clothes out of your tunk.

Also, I was evicted for having 1 party. There was a group of guys that lived down the complex from me, that lived in three apartments, all on top of each other. They would have parties every night, with people going in and out of all three floors, being very loud. They never got evicted. My party was one time, and was just me and my roomate, with our girlfriends. Ridiculous.

Although, it is the best for the price, and yakima is the most druggiest, dirtiest place on earth. The armpit of the US. Illegal aliens everywhere. So, this actually isn't too bad. Lots of memories at Lake Aspen.
