So pretty much ive lived in lake aspen for 4 months.... when i talked to the staff they claimed to have very good people in their apartments and they never had any break-ins... well being as my neighbors are super loud and party nonstop and a massive car break in happened within the first week, i wouldnt recomend it at all... o yeah i left for vacation for a week and came back to an empty apartment... 8000 dollars worth of stuff stolen because they popped open my back window! If your gonna live here because the rates are cheap then id suggest living on the second or third floor since the first is obviously so accessible and vulnerable to break-ins. Ive also had to have the maitenence guy come about 10 times to fix things so the quality isnt that great. The staff is friendly but these apartments are not safe or super nice so id advise you take your money elsewhere.
