It WAS the best place to rent in Yakima... - Great price, great apartment, easy access to pretty much anywhere, AND it was the only place in Yakima that didn't look like it was in Yakima because of all of the amazing trees. St. Andrews Place was good to me I rented from them for a few years and enjoyed my stay there. As far as the deposit goes, they followed what they said in the contract and held out for carpet and blind cleaning and charged a small amount for cleaning that I missed. Management was responsive

BEWARE I agree with the other comments posted on here. You will never get your deposit back from Tony!!!!!! Take pictures when you move in and move out and be prepared to go to court. This man needs to be stopped!!!

Be careful with them. The rental is not bad but the manager Tony is horrible. He took almost all my deposit $500 for cleaning for a two bedroom apartment, which was occupied by two adult professionals and cleaned thoroughly before moving out. I think it's totally ridiculous and want to warn
