When i first moved in it was decent and nice with the managers, Cynthia and Wayne. But since they left, this place is a ---- hole. There homeless people sleeping in our laundry room because the manager was too lazy to lock it like she was suppose to. There are occasionally homeless people out on the steps drinking beer four in the afternoon, they are horribly loud and rediculous. The manager wont let tenants park in their own spot or park in visitors spot if their spot is taken up. But she wont do anything about the noise, the disgusting black mold, the water and pipes. She is a horrible manager. She lets anyone in. Our neighbors above us are horrible. You can here them beat their kids. They have horribly loud sex that usually turns into fist fights. It constatly sounds like a war zone above us. I am seriously worried that i might have PTSD cause they are so loud and violent. All through the night they thud and bang around and they let their kids stay up all night and play while they have horribly unsensored sex.
acroos the way, their is a suspiscion that one of hte guys is a meth-head. hIs apartment smells like chemicals and kitty-piss. He doesnt have cats so what could it be. The party boyz are down stairs but they are up all night and they deal pot, so the traffic is crazy.
AS for the condition of the apartment its self. Black mold is everywhere. The carpet is gross and chuncks of it are coming out. The water is always turned off at vital hours of hte day. The facetts constantly leak and the place floods from neighbors leeks.
This is a horrible place. I swear i am going crazy living here. I will need a psych exam soon.
