I know the person who wrote the previous review, I was also a tenant there during the time that she described.

When I first moved in, I felt very lucky to have found such a great place, the managers at the time, Cynthia and Wayne, ran a tight ship and were out on the grounds cleaning on a daily basis, problems were fixed immediately with a smile.

Then, when Cynthia and Wayne were promoted to a different location (where I live now) a new manager took over who was new to the property management field. She was rude and offensive and had a tendency to enter our homes without permission. Garbage collected everywhere and transients ran wild with the building.

Even despite the new manager, the AMS company staff were very nice and tried hard to remedy the situation. It took to long for my liking, so when I found a nice and bigger place that I could afford, I moved along.

Thankfully, they have installed yet another new manager, Monica, who has done an excellent job at putting the complex back together to its former glory. The poor neighbors that were living there have mostly moved along and replaced with nice neighbors. A lot of the apartments have been remodeled. Gorgeous new decks have been put on a lot of the units.

The laundry facility in the building is adequate. There are four washers and four dryers for 27 units.

There is assigned parking for the apartments, one spot each. There are a few extra visitor spots, but everyone else will need to park along State or Bethel. That's not too bad for a downtown apartment.

Also, the view can't be beat from some of the apartments. My third story unit looked over downtown and the Capitol.
