The apartment itself is great & unique. The exposed brick is beautiful! However, there are two main downfalls to living here: the maintenance and sound of AC units.

The maintenance staff is awful. It takes them a few days to attempt to fix the problem and the result is often poor workmanship. Examples: 1). Maintenance installed new doors a few months ago. They damaged the interior brick in my apt surrounding the door and still have not fixed it (and won t fix it). There are 2 lose bricks shoved into the wall. It looks terrible. 2). Back door handle is broken and has become detached from the door a piece of it just kind of hangs there, maintenance looked at it and found nothing wrong and will not replace. 3). Maintenance has to drill screws into the brick so that pictures can be hung. Even if you leave very specific instructions, the screws are always uneven and the picture hangs crooked. Etc. You get my point.

Be aware of the AC units. They are VERY loud (think generator loud). But, you will only be affected by this if your apt is close to the cluster of units. The 415 building has 10-15 AC units all by each other so if you have a townhome most likely you will not be able to utilize your back deck to entertain because of the noise.
