The managerial staff communicates with residents by writing memos (in all caps) and posting them on the elevators. They are so disorganized that they will post memos contradicting things they've just said. There are NOT enough washers and dryers for the residents. Very often people will remove your laundry so that they can use the machines. They parking lot is in total disrepair. It takes them several weeks to replace a lightbulb in these vaulted ceilings. Also, I can hear my neighbor sneeze. The walls (that are not brick) are paper thin.
