I lived in this complex for one year and felt it was about average in comparison to other places I have stayed.

The staff was mediocre at best. They seemed a bit on the lazy side and could have been more knowledgable. But they were always quite friendly when I went into the office.

The apartment itself was fine. The units could definately use some updating and a few repairs, but were generally acceptable. I could hear my neighbors all the time, and they were not particularly loud people - just had thin walls.

Maintenance was always very prompt when I called for service. However, they did seem to require entry an excessive number of times throughout my stay.

Overall, I would rate the complex as mediocre. While it was not terrible, it wasn't great either.
