i have lived in apt all over the US, from the east coast to west coast, south to north, and everywhere in between...and these are some of the best. i live in mccarthy creek across the street and it's nice and quiet. i rarely hear my neighbors and the pond is great. the apts are spacious and maintenence problems are taken care of quickly. heat is paid, which is a plus. decks are nice and big, and uppers have vaulted ceilings throughout. every apt comes with a 1 car garage and there's plenty of parking for extra cars. the office staff is friendly and helpful.
