I live at the Towne Lakes Apartments now and am not happy. Sure it's a nice apartment, updated, washer and dryer in the unit but the walls are paper thin, the office staff is very rude and doesn't let anything slide past them. If they tell you their pool is going to be done by a certain date, don't believe it. I moved in last May and they said their fitness facility would be finished by July and it only just opened this month (April)!!! The maintenence guy (Charlie) is a jerk, too. Good luck finding a parking spot after 10pm. Not going to happen. You'll end up parking a mile away. Not allowed to watch movies after 10pm or people will bit*h.

Overall- I have to agree too. Charlie should have a badge. He patrols the place better than a Grand Chute cop. Parking is TERRIBLE. After the sunset, it's a battle. If there is one rule they should enforce, that they don't... it's parking. I'm really sick of residents who park multiple cars up front, when there is a ONE car rule. Then again, "Charlie Patrol" is only on duty from 8-5pm. LOL.

This movie comment is ridiculous and I have heard it twice now. If you keep the volume at a reasonable level then you won't have aproblem, you don't need to play your movies so loud that the entire building can hear.
I can agree with you on the parking, it is ridiculous here.
I have never had a problem with the staff and they have always been very nice to work with.
You can't always expect to have construction projects done on time either, so don't base your moving decisions on the comment about the fitness center. The other ammenities such as the dishwasher and washer and dryer make up for it.
