This place sounded to good to be true at first. We have lived here since May and I cannot wait till our lease is up. You can't turn on a radio without someone calling in and reporting a noise violation. Watching movies past 10 pm, there is another noise violation. The parking is terrible. You will be lucky if you get one of the resident parkings 3 times in one week. Both of our cars are parked in the visitor spots, there is never any resident parking open. Then we have to walk a block to just get in the door. Construction started a week after we moved in, it is a nightmare, 7am starts the very loud noise and work trucks everywhere. If you try and sleep past 7am you will not be able to, the noise is unbearable. You will be up at 7am ranting about how crappy the apartments at Towne Lakes are, kind like how I am right now.

This is mostly untrue. If you keep the volume at a resonable level, you will not have a problem. I cannot ever hear my neighbors tv's or radios. I also live in the building next to the current construction and do not have any problems at all with the noise from it.
