I just read all of those negative reviews and I am disgusted. I have lived here for almost 3 years now and have no problems with management or the rules. I think these people that write these negative reviews are just ridiculous. The reason Towne Lakes has rules and enforces them is so everyone enjoys living here. The rules are for you!- Not them! this is definitely Towne lakes management speaking in this comment here. . It's not the rules themselves but how they treat the residents. They are always rude to residents. They can give out 3 warnings and then evict you. They enforce rules like keeping batteries in a fire alarm but the rule about parking which needs to be enforced is not. I can barely park by my apt. Because of spot hogs and people having parties and management doesn't give them a written warning? then they send out this monthly newsletter that basically nags residents about evrything. They should call it frown lakes

I agree with ya there. The management always goes on here and tries to give themselves a good rep, but it never works....And parking still sucks. it always will. instead of making a bigger parking lot they are puting in another building..GREAT!!!!
