The walls are soooooo thin i can hear my neighbor have a conversation. And seriously three strikes and you're out' what are we in kindergarten' Yes its nice and new, but you can't turn up the tv, you're forced to use their cable (i'm lucky and have a line of sight for directv) but thats not the case for most. Save your money and go somewhere else.
