Virginia Village is very cute on the outside. On the surface, the units are cute too. After about a week of living there, though, you realize that you are living in a hole. A five year old could do repairs better than they did on anything. If you move there, don't expect your electrical outlets to work, or much of anything else for that matter. Those lights in the parking lot, well half the time one of them is flashing like a strobe light into someone's window. If you have a question for Nancy in the office, don't expect to get a timely answer, if you ever get one at all. And don't expect her to be polite either. Hopefully, they will give you the correct code to open your garage door, because they didn't give me the right code, and after asking for it 5 different times, verbally and in writing, I finally gave up. Never did get it. The last thing I don't think you should expect from Virginia Village is to get your security deposit back. You should probably expect to get a bill when you move out.

i didn't get my security deposit back either, eventhough i left the apt in decent shape. and of course, i end up getting a SHOCKING bill over $900.00 for all the things that needed to be replaced (including new carpet! and painting). i have lived in various apts before and has always gotten my deposit back....
