There have been 3 managers within the past 7 or 8 months. I have not figured out whether they all have been quitting or have been fired. Either way, as I am sure you can imagine...with a revolving door like that something has to be wrong. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived at. It is set up like the hotel from the movie "The Shining". It is an outdated apartment with completely inefficient appliances. The maintenance guy constantly oversteps his bounds trying to enforce his own interpretation of property rules. Often times you will find him smoking poolside right below the NO SMOKING sign. Management tries their best to make moving in easy, but moving out as difficult as possible. If there are no other apartments available in the fox valley and you have to live at Willow Creek, you have my sympathy. If there are other apartments available I urge you to save yourself the grief and move there instead.
