Things Not the Same @ Willow Creek as in 2001!!

I am the new manager at Willow Creek as of July 2002. I have 35 years experience in security work (15 as Security Chief & 20 years in Corrections), as well as 13 years in Property Management. We've got the pool cleaned up (I will be state certified pool operator next month), locks changed to the outside doors, hall rugs cleaned, fireplaces cleaned, and lots more! I hired a new maintenance man,and we've got a good housekeeper for the public areas. I've placed 10 new rentals in here in the last couple months...I would check it out if I were you!
