We moved to another city a few months ago, and I can't begin to describe how much we miss the attentiveness of Mike and Nicole, the managers. If something needed to be fixed, it was fixed promptly - these days, I have to call our manager 3 or 4 times, have her miss 2 or 3 appointments, then I have to complain to the landlord to make anything happen. Mike and Nicole are a breath of fresh air compared to the previous managers.

The only complaint I have stems from when we moved out - the management office attempted to withhold money from our security deposit that they were not legally entitled to withhold. I complained to the state and the remainder of the deposit was refunded. But all you need is to know the law, know your rights and have the courage to stand up for yourself and you'll be fine.

I WISH, I HAD SEEN YOUR REVIEW BEFORE MOVING TO THE SHOE FACTORY APARTMENTS IN BEAVER DAM, ON SPRING STREET!! I SPENT ONE YEAR PAYING $720.00 for 100% NON STOP-WITHOUT A DOUBT MISERY. Lack of Safety-Security-HORRORALE MANAGMENT-NOISE BEYOND NORMAL and to top it all off, MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
