My name is Larry. I lived at the Shoe Factory Apartments for three years. At first it was a good place to live. But as time went by and management changed hands, it became a place I even dreaded going home too. The noise is terrible. It has become a very dirty place. Urine smells from animals in the hall ways. Kids who live in the building, run rampant, even though there are certain rules that apply to renters children. Damage is done to the place inside and out. People are let into the building who do not belong there and are unwelcomed. It was a secured building when I moved in years ago. It is not that way now. I moved out and found a house, cheaper to buy then what the rent at the Shoe Factory had gone up too. Look else where and do the research before you sign a lease.
