I moved into the Shoe Factory Apartments in September of 2006 and will be starting my 4th year here. I feel very fortunate in being able to say that the Shoe Factory is my home and that I live there. And that holds true with having a our great apartment manager who really cares about her job, the complex and the people who live here. If something is wrong I believe she does her best to take care of it right away. If something will take awhile to fix, like the a/c she is good at keeping us informed of what is going on. Also, if she doesn't know the answer to something she will admit to it and will find out for you. Maintenance is always friendly and very helpful, he seems to take great pride in his work. There is only one thing that causes me to worry and that is having to mail the rent to Madison instead of paying in the leasing office. I am afraid of it getting lost but so far that has not happened. I love my apartment, the staff is wonderful and they take pride in there jobs. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
