Been there. Done that. Do not sign a lease! This was the worst place, I ever rented from. Not at first. But when management changed hands. Quickly it went down hill. For what I was paying in rent monthly, I now own my own home and the mortgage is much cheaper then the rent there was.

me too I lived there for almost 2 years.
The management couldn't even be bothered to put more paper in their "business center".
The computer was old and decrepit, and there was always porn on it.
When the kids wrecking it got to be too much for her, the mgr. would lock the room

DO NOT MOVE THERE! Managment is TERRIBLE! Biggest complaint I had was MOLD! I threw out a mattress, some childrens clothing and toys. I also threw out adult clothing and shoes! The place is DIRTY! It is NOISY! It IS NOT A Secure Building just because you have to be "buzzed in".
