My lease is ending at the end of this month and I am getting out right away. When I first moved in the manager was great, but after he left it went downhill fast.

1. You are supposed to have a permit to park here but they do not enforce it. My 2002 car got hit and I got stuck paying my deductible because there was no way to know who did it.

2. If you don't enjoy getting woken up weekly by loud music or the grabage truck (at 4am)m stay away. Even when you call the police the managers still do nothing about it. Don't let the lease, which says quiet time is all the time, mislead you. The neighbors are rude and management does nothing.

3. There was cat poop in the hallway for over a month even though they were supposed to be vacuming and ketchup smeared all over the walls.

4. Be prepared to call for maintenace at least two times before anything get replaced. They try to fix everything, even if it is broken beyond repair.

5. They will raise your rent even when you are still under your initial lease.

6. I am embarassed to have compnay over because of the condition of the hallways in entries in the buidling. Also, who can hang out with all the noise.

I will never rent from this management company again. Pay more money and don't rent here. This place is the perfect example of "you get what you pay for".

I am the owner of colonial gardens formerly Colony court, and I would not dispute some of the things that were said by this former tenant, however I would like to say that since then we have had about a 95% turnaround of our residents. We have also put over $500,000 in upgrades to the property as well as managers that are very friendly and professional.
