The owner Jeff and manager Amanda are out for them selves very cheap. For the winter months they do not remove the snow in timely manner. The parking lot and side walks are always icy. The building was cheaply made you can hear everything. They also don't like to return securtiy deposits. Wouldn't rent again from Jeff and Amanda they also have a apartment complex on the otherside of beloit (fyi).

yess this is very true. we only recieved about 200$ of our security deposit back. and also lost some of it for a sock being behind the washer. lol weird..and yeah you have to pretty much wear snow pants to get to your front door. its ridiculous. but i have noticed there are very few cars there now as opposed to when i lived there, so maybe people are finally learning their lesson.
