Moving to Hawk's Ridge was a terrible idea. Yeah they are new and look nice but after living there I know how it really is. The building was very poorly built. There are foundation problems and my storage unit floods when it rains. Management doesn't care and has done nothing to resolve the issue. They don't reply to emails and requests. They lied about the amenities. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out of this terrible apartment complex.
