I have lived at Hawks Ridge for over 2 years. I have never been unhappy living here. My lease is about to expire and I'm renewing. I am really familiar with the Beloit community and surrounding areas and this is by far the best place in South Central Wisconsin.

Ariel, the Offsite Manager, was who I worked with when I first moved to Hawks Ridge. She was very professional and informative when I first came through to tour the community. She consistently followed up with me before I moved as I was on a job assignment out of state and needed to get all of my ducks in a row before I moved back to Wisconsin. She kept me up to date as to when the apartment I would be renting was coming available and made it even easier for me because we did everything electronically. Todd and Lisa, the Onsite Managers, were also incredibly friendly and helpful and were around quite a bit to help with any items that I may have needed. They have since moved out and the new Onsite Manager, Michael just started. He is also very professional.

I can appreciate the frustration with the phone, internet and cable only becuase I like to watch TV ALOT when I'm not traveling for work. I would prefer to have the option of cable as opposed to satellite, but the goods out weigh the bads. The benefits of what Hawks Ridge offers are that you don't have a contract for services, you pay them with rent, there is no install or set up costs and you literally plug your TV or computer into the wall and you have service. The internet has gotten better and better it seems. I do speed test pretty often and Hawks Ridge has been adding bandwidth for sure which only increases how quickly I can get my work done.

Ultimately, everyone has their own opinion of their stay. I urge all potential residents to come and see Hawks Ridge for yourself. The apartments are really big, they are nicely laid out, you get your own washer and dryer that are NOT coin operated and they are really well maintained. In my book, A !!!
