I moved into Country View when it belonged to the last company. My air conditioner was broken, my oven was broken, the phone lines didn't work. I lived there for a full year and only the oven was fixed. Then the building was sold, and went through a series of on-site managers, none of which seemed to last long enough to deal with any of the issues.

When I moved out, the new owners attempted to extort money from me to have the carpets cleaned, even though that was NOT in my lease. The current building managers said the apartment was fine, but then the owner refuses to release my check due to a power bill that is NOT mine, and she alleges the carpets were dirty. HER OWN ON-SITE MANAGERS SAID THE CARPETS WERE FINE, AND I PAID CASH TO HAVE THEM DONE ANYHOW. They NEVER fixed the air conditioner or phone while I lived there, and I called the police on the neighbors twice for having fights in the halls at 2AM. If you are unlucky enough to end up living there, DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AGAIN. This woman would tell Martha Stewart her house was a mess.
